Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. With this number, you can track your package directly on our website or on the carrier’s tracking page.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across the United Kingdom. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must meet our return conditions.

Return Fees:

We cover all return shipping costs, whether your return is due to a defective product or simply a change of mind. You will receive a prepaid return label.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:
